We began in 1995 as Labor Consultants of America, providing hotline services to employers (the Employee Protection Line®). Soon after, we developed The Watch®, a comprehensive risk management program for employers, including live training, resource guides, and workbooks.
In 1998, Labor Consultants of America evolved into The AGOS Group. AGOS, an ancient Greek word for leadership, took the lead in transitioning programs and services to the Internet. Over the next 12 years, AGOS would take the original Watch and Employee Protection Line concepts and introduce a host of web-based offerings augmented by live training through the AGOSNET® platform of resources, including SmartTrain.com®, Smarter Adults–Safer Children®, and the Student Protection Line®.
In more recent years, AGOS also developed customized web-based applications to truly partner with our clients in ways critical to their missions. As just a few examples, we developed and implemented:
In 2010, AGOS formally transitioned to in2vate, llc, with a new name and new brand reflecting our redoubled commitment to innovation, to leveraging technology, and to better meeting the needs of our clients and the people they serve. Our websites have served almost two million users, and our reach extends globally to over 25,000 distinct organizations, as we deliver our programs and services to the workplaces, campuses, churches, and other diverse organizations our clients represent.
